Our rose gold and yellow gold designs are finished with 24 carat gold plating.

When developing the shop, it was very important to us that we create a packaging concept for our little treasures that is on a par with them and offers them protection for a long time.
Each piece of jewelry therefore receives its own, high-quality, self-created jewelry case. It is intended that every owner of a LA LARIS piece of jewelry has a beautiful, elegant and safe storage option.
The jewelry cases are also packed in our LA LARIS packaging so that they are also protected. This packaging is also designed so that it can be used over the long term.
The finished product is then padded in a shipping box and ready for shipment to you.

What do I do if the LA LARIS package does not arrive or is damaged/empty/incomplete?
If you notice when handing over the package that it is damaged or empty, we recommend not accepting the package. This means that a damage report can be initiated directly with our logistics partner.

You can return one or more of your LA LARIS pieces of jewelry free of charge and conveniently within 30 days via our returns portal .
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry whose security tag has been removed or whose condition has been conspicuously changed cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process a return?
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will process and check your return as quickly as possible within a few days of the goods arriving.
